Tips for a shiny coat from within
Proper nutrition from within & care can make the horse shine all the way to the tips of its hair through a shiny coat. A horse needs sufficient protein, vitamins, and minerals in its diet to contribute to healthy skin and coat. It is also important to keep the horse clean and brush it regularly to remove dirt and dead skin cells that can hinder hair growth. Horses may also need extra help to maintain a shiny coat, such as adding omega-3 fatty acids or feeding with specific nutrients that promote healthy skin and a glossy coat. It is also important to keep the horse free from diseases and parasites, as these can affect the horse's overall health and appearance, including the coat. Therefore, regular veterinary check-ups and deworming are important.
