-If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control – for instance, if a product has been discontinued by our supplier.

Our aim is to deliver your order to you at the soonest possible date. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (this includes, adverse weather conditions, war, technical breakdowns, strikes, acts or restraints of government, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods in the promised time frame. If the failure to deliver the goods is wholly or partly caused by these circumstances, we will not be liable for the delay. We will of course do everything they can in order to make sure that your delivery is delivered at the soonest possible date.


The prices shown on the homepage at the time of the order are the ones that apply. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, changes in stocks and obvious typographical errors.

All prices are gross prices including VAT(Value Added Tax), which is clearly shown on the receipt. The total price includes the price for the products and shipping. The total price is visible on the check-out page before confirming the order, as soon as you have chosen your country of destination. Applicable currencies are EUR.

Payment options/terms

We use card payments as the payment method for international orders. We can also offer money transfer to our bank account, contact us if you want to pay for your order in that way.


DHL are used for the transport of parcels. Orders are sent from us within 1-2 days. International orders will be delivered within 2-5 workdays. ‘Workdays’ in this sense is referred to Monday-Friday. We reserve all stock items to may be sold out before we can update the site. In this case, we will contact the customer with more information and new estimated delivery.

Transport liability

Minerals by Nordic l is responsible for transportation to our customers.

If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so we are able to protect its right to satisfy claims against the transportation company.

Hidden damages are to be reported to us at immediately after your notice, though no later than five days after receiving the shipment. Send a photo and description of the damage. Our customer service representative will then inform you of how to proceed with the complaint.

Delivery delays

Sometimes arise delivery delays by our suppliers beyond our control. This may occur, for example when a supplier can not meet its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay is accomplished. You as a customer the right to cancel the purchase at no cost at the delivery delay.

Undelivered package

In most countries our shipping partner will make at least two attempts at delivery before sending the parcel as a return to us. In some cases the shipment will even be stored at a service point for up to seven days to allow the customer to pick up the parcel. In this case you will be notified by the applicable shipping company. However, if the carrier was unable to deliver the package to the recipient and the parcel is returned to us, Ekoladies AB has the right to charge you with the amount of 50 EUR for the return and handling costs.

Return policy/Right to cancel

If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them to us. We complies with the European Union E-commerce Directive. This means that you have the possibility to cancel your contract within 365 days, without providing us with a reason.The cancellation period will expire after 365 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Minerals by nordic - Ekoladies AB, Dövestad Gård, SE-572 91 Oskarshamn, Sweden. , Tel: +46 (0) 70 579 10 33 of your decision to cancel this contract by sending us a clear statement. This can be done by post or E-mail.

In order to meet the 365 day cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.If you use your right to return a product, the direct cost of returning the goods will be paid by you. Please make sure to pack the returned goods well, in order to avoid transportation damage.You need to send back the goods without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contract: Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. To avoid unnecessary costs, always mark the package with the word ”RETURN” and your original tracking number and return to:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment as you have used in the ordering process to issue your refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with our customer service. There are no additional fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You can always cancel your order before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your cancellation must be written in form of an E-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below. If your order is already dispatched from our warehouse, you have the right to send it back according to our return policy.


The total return is always paid to the same account used to purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.


We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Learn more about unforeseen events during the Force Majeure below.

Alternative/Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission has launched an online platform that will allow consumers and traders to settle disputes through an Alternative or Online Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR). This platform will aid in settling disputes out of court in order to resolve disputes in a less expensive, easier and faster manner. In connection with the registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to get the information we have stored on you, and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar circumstances beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep that agreement/pledge, shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfil that contract.
