  When a horse sweats, it not only loses water but also important electrolytes, which are minerals that are important for maintaining proper electrolyte balances and normal body functions. Electrolytes, such as sodium, potassium, chloride, and magnesium, play a critical role in many processes in the body, including fluid balance, nerve impulses, muscle function, and acid-base balance. Rosehip powder provides flavor and contains antioxidants and vitamins such as vitamin C & E, good for protecting cells, the immune system and the skeleton.

  How do electrolytes help hoarseness?
  By giving the horse a supplement of electrolytes after sweating, you can help restore the electrolyte balance and ensure that the horse receives the necessary minerals to maintain proper body function. Electrolytes help restore fluid balance in the body by facilitating fluid absorption and maintaining normal electrolyte levels.

  It is important to note that electrolyte supplements do not replace water intake, as always the horse must have access to clean water. If, in addition to this product, you feed, for example, feed salt, it is recommended to review the totality of salt in the feed statement.

  1 tablespoon = 20 grams electrolyte powder
  
  2 tbsp - 40 grams dose provides:
  26.64 g sodium chloride
  4.8 g Potassium chloride
  5.56 g rosehips
  1.6 g dextrose
  1 g of magnesium
  1 g of calcium carbonate
  0.2 g Vitamin E

  
  Mix in feed. The horse must always have access to fresh water.
  
  Tip! Review the entire intake of salt in the feed. For a hard-working horse, a salt dose of 50-60 grams per day is required on the days they are trained hard, but up to twice as much can be relevant in the summer. On normal days, the maintenance requirement is 25 grams of sodium chloride for a horse of 500 kilos according to SLU
